Every note and post lives in a space, and who can see it is decided by that space, not by a setting you have to remember. In your Personal space, that’s exactly one person: you. Not your team. Not your company’s admin. Not us, browsing. That’s the whole model. Here’s what it means in practice.

Your Personal space: nobody

What you capture in your Personal space is yours alone. It isn’t discoverable or searchable by anyone else, and it doesn’t appear anywhere else. There’s no member list, no invite, no admin view, and no “share with the org” switch waiting to be flipped. Privacy isn’t a mode you turn on. It’s the state everything starts in.

A team space: what the team needs, and no more

When you capture in a team space, it’s for the team, so your teammates can see it. Even then, only part of a note travels:
  • Members see the Summary and attendees. That’s what the team needs to know what happened.
  • The rest stays with you. The transcript, audio, side notes, and attachments are visible only to the person who captured the note.
  • Private feeds stay private. A private feed is visible only to the members invited to it.
Joining a team space changes nothing about your Personal space. Membership gives your team what you capture there, never a window into what you capture for yourself. The only way a note leaves its space is a share link, and only the person who captured it can make one. The Summary is always included. The transcript and audio are off unless you turn them on, and side notes and attachments are never included. You can turn a link off at any time. See Share a note.

Your agents follow the same rule

Your personal agent works from your Personal space because it’s yours, and it can’t see anywhere else. A space agent works from its space’s public feeds and answers each person only from what that person can see, so it never reveals someone else’s transcript or side notes. An agent you connect sees what you see in the space you connected. The lines are all in one table.

And the data itself

Two more promises complete the picture, each with its own page: nothing trains on your conversations, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
The short version, if someone across the table asks: what I capture for myself, only I see. What I capture for my team, my team sees the Summary. Nothing leaves unless I send a link, and nothing trains on it. That’s not a settings page. That’s the architecture.
