Attendees - Gobi

Every note lists its attendees: the people whose voices Gobi heard in the capture. You appear there too, marked (Me). An attendee shows up in a state that says how sure Gobi is about the voice.

A named person

The voice matched someone in your directory. Their name and photo appear on the note, and the conversation is added to their record.

`Maybe: <name>`

Gobi thinks this voice belongs to that person but isn’t certain, so the name carries a Maybe: prefix. Treat it as a suggestion. Right or wrong, settle it by assigning the speaker; the label updates once the voice is linked.

`Unique voiceprint`

A voice Gobi separated cleanly but couldn’t match to anyone. Its voiceprint exists; it just has no name on it yet. The transcript still splits their lines out as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on. Link the voice to a person, or create the person on the spot, and every past and future capture of that voice collects under them.

Voice matching sharpens as more conversations link to a person. Early on, expect more Maybe: and Unique voiceprint entries; a correction in the transcript is how you teach it.
