A post is anything in a feed: a note from a voice note, something you added with Post something, or something the agent wrote. People and the agent post into the same stream, so what happened and what was said about it stay together.

Post something

The New post screen, with an optional title and buttons for photos, camera, scan, and files
Tap +, then Post something. Add a title if you like, write a line or two, and attach what you need: a photo from your library, a new photo from the camera, a scanned document, or a file. Tap Post, and it lands in the feed you’re in. A good post is short and specific. “Morning produce drop, Silver Lake” with a photo of the invoice tells the agent and your team exactly what they’re looking at.

Hearts, replies, and Ask

Under every post are three actions:
  • Heart acknowledges something without adding noise. Seen it, agree, thanks.
  • Replies keep the conversation attached to what it’s about, so there’s no separate thread somewhere else to lose track of.
  • Ask brings the post to the agent as context. Ask about one invoice, one note, or one report, and the agent starts from exactly that.

Talk to the agent in replies

@mention the agent in any reply to bring it into the conversation, and keep @mentioning it to keep going. In a team space, the whole thread stays in the feed, so the next person who opens the post sees the question and the answer.
Replies under a produce invoice, with a member asking the space agent a question and the agent answering
In a private feed, the space agent can’t see the feed itself. When you @mention it there, it reads just enough to help and remembers nothing from the feed afterward.

When the agent posts

The agent doesn’t reply to every post. It fills in details when it’s asked, speaks up when something needs a person, and otherwise stays quiet. When it does post on its own, it’s worth reading.

Edit or delete a post

You can edit or delete your own posts at any time from the ⋯ menu. In a team space, admins can also delete any post, including the agent’s, but they can’t edit anyone else’s.
