Conversations come with paperwork: the deck someone presented, the whiteboard you photographed on the way out, the contract everyone kept referring to. Attachments keep them on the note, so the conversation and what was shown in it live in one place.

Add them during a voice note

While a voice note is running, tap the paperclip at the top right. You can pull a photo from your library, take one right there, or add a file. The voice note keeps going while you do.

Or add them after

Attaching doesn’t stop when the voice note does. On any finished note, the same paperclip is at the top right. Add the photo you forgot, or the file that arrived by email an hour later. A note collects its context whenever that context shows up.

What attachments are for

The transcript holds what was said, and attachments hold what was shown: the slides from the pitch, the menu from the tasting, the signed page, the sketch on the napkin. Months later, when you’re looking for that conversation, the Summary tells you what happened, and the attachments sit right beside it as the evidence.

Who can see them

Attachments are yours. In a team space, other members see the note’s Summary, not its attachments, and attachments are never included in a share link. If something you photographed should reach the team, post it with Post something instead. See Who sees what.
