Every capture becomes a note. A note is one object with an AI summary view and a transcript view. Toggle between them at the top of the note.

The AI summary

The summary is what Gobi wrote about the conversation: the title, when it happened, who was there, and the substance of what was discussed, including follow-ups worth acting on. Side notes you typed during the capture are kept with the note, so your in-the-moment flags sit next to the AI’s write-up. Switch between the summary and your side notes from the dropdown under the title.

The transcript

The transcript, with playback.

The transcript is the conversation itself, split by speaker in order. Each voice has its own line, with named people where Gobi knows them and Speaker 1, Speaker 2 where it doesn’t. Play back the audio from inside the transcript when you want to hear the original. If a speaker label is wrong or missing, assign the speaker.

Processing

A new note shows a processing state while Gobi transcribes and writes. How long that takes depends on the length of the recording. The note appears in Notes when it’s ready.
