The most useful context of your day is spoken out loud: in meetings, over coffee, in the hallway on the way out. By the time you’re back at your desk, most of it is gone. Gobi captures it. Open the notetaker when a conversation starts, and when it ends you have a structured note, a full transcript with speakers separated, and a growing directory of the people you’ve talked with.

Your notes, newest first.

What Gobi does

Capture. Tap once and Gobi records the conversation as it happens. Type side notes while you talk, or attach a photo of a badge, a whiteboard, or a business card without stopping the recording. How capture works → Generated notes. When you end a capture, Gobi writes the note for you: what was discussed, who was there, and what to do next. The transcript and audio stay attached, so you can always check what was actually said. How notes work → Directory. Gobi keeps track of the distinct voices in your conversations. Link a voice to a person once, and the directory collects every conversation with them in one place. Anyone you talk to can be in your directory, whether they use Gobi or not. How the directory works →

Where your captures live

Everything you capture lands in your Home, where your devices connect and your notes collect. Nothing leaves it until you send it somewhere. When you want a team to have something, share the note into a space. That’s the only way anything you captured becomes visible to anyone else. Details →
