Share to a channel

Share a note into a channel to put it in front of your team. Add a comment when you post, so people know why it matters before they open it.

Pick the space and channel, add a comment, send.

A Shared toast confirms it went through, then clears. The note itself doesn’t change.

The confirmation after a share.

What teammates see when you share is covered in where your captures go.

The note's ... menu.

Screenshot out of date. This shot comes from the V1 design file, and the Copy link item in it isn’t in the build. Replacing it with a shot from the app.

Send it outside Gobi

Sending a note out of the app sends an artifact made from it, holding the AI summary and nothing else. The transcript, the audio, and your side notes stay in your Home. Share with link gives you a URL like https://gobispace.com/artifacts/76511802-74db-43dd-80e3-0391132e30c3. Anyone holding that URL can open it without signing in. Share with people sends the same artifact to an email address, and the reader has to sign in to open it.
Treat a Share with link URL like a page on the open web. Nothing guards it, and whoever it gets forwarded to can read the summary. Use Share with people when that matters.

Copy note

Copy the note’s text to paste into another tool, like an email or a doc, and edit it there. The copy is yours to change; the note stays as it was.
Unverified. This page used to say the copied text carries a link at the end. That came from the design file, and since Copy link turned out not to be in the build, the appended link needs a check too.
