Processing time scales with recording length, and a long meeting can take a while. If a note seems stuck well past that, close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Report it from Settings → Report a bug.
Only what you share. Captures land in your Home, and a note reaches a space when you put it there; then its summary is readable by that space. Your transcript and audio stay with you either way. Full picture in where your captures go.
Open the transcript and reassign the speaker. Voice matching can be wrong, especially for people with few captured conversations, and corrections are expected. See speakers.
Open the note’s options and choose Delete. The note goes as one object: audio, transcript, and AI summary together, and any shared link stops working.

No. People land in your directory by being in a conversation you captured, whether or not they’ve ever heard of Gobi.
Yes. Import the audio file and Gobi processes it like any capture: transcript, speakers, summary. See import audio.
Choose Discard note from the capture’s options menu instead of ending it. A discarded capture doesn’t create a note.
Gobi thinks that voice belongs to that person but isn’t sure. Confirm or correct it by assigning the speaker in the transcript. See attendees.
Yes. Transcription language is what Gobi listens for; Summary language is what it writes in. Set them separately. See Languages.
Turn off All activities in space and keep Push notifications on, so you only hear about mentions and replies. See Notifications.
