Gobi is an Ambient AI ecosystem built around Personal Context Management (PCM). It captures, organizes, and surfaces your knowledge automatically — through an AI agent that works on your behalf, continuously, in the background.
Obsidian and Notion are powerful tools — but they require you to do the organizational work. You tag, link, file, and maintain. Gobi shifts that burden to an AI agent. Your Brain grows whether you tend to it or not. Gobi is not a library. It is a judgment layer.
Your Brain is Gobi’s core data structure — a living, agent-maintained knowledge graph. It stores everything you’ve captured and continuously evolves as the agent processes new inputs, connects ideas, and surfaces what’s relevant.
The Vault is the local storage layer where all your captured data lives. It is private by default and never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it. The Vault is the source of truth for your Brain.
Yes. Your Vault is local-first and private by default. Data only leaves your device when you explicitly share it — to Personal Space or Community Space. You control what gets shared and what stays private.
Signal Score is a relevance metric the agent assigns to items in your Brain. It determines how important or timely a piece of knowledge is relative to your current context — so the agent surfaces what matters now, not just what was saved last.
A Reflex is an automated background task run by the agent on your behalf. You configure rules or triggers — like summarizing new captures, tagging content, or surfacing connections — and the agent executes them without requiring manual input.
Community Space is a shared intelligence layer for communities — built on top of existing community data like KakaoTalk threads. It makes community knowledge searchable, queryable, and agent-accessible. It is not a standalone product — it is the network effect that makes Gobi’s PKM products stickier.
No — you can join a Community Space and query the Space Agent without having a personal Brain. However, to contribute Brain Updates to the community, you will need Gobi Desktop.
Gobi Sense is Gobi’s AI-enabled glasses hardware — designed for hands-free ambient capture of audio, vision, and motion. Data captured by Gobi Sense flows through Gobi Mobile into your Brain.
