A profile, with its fields and the notes this person appears in.
Profile fields
A profile holds a photo, name, email, company, and job title. Fill in what you know; none of it is required beyond the name. There’s also a free-text Notes field. What you write there isn’t just for you: Gobi reads it as context when it writes about this person. A line like “prefers async, deciding on the Q3 renewal” shapes the summaries and answers you get about them later.Linked notes
Linked notes is every capture this person’s voice appears in, each one openable from here. AMaybe: suggestion lands here once you confirm it, and so does a stray unassigned voice when you link it.
Deleting a profile
Danger zone → Delete profile removes the person. The notes they appear in stay where they are.Profiles used to live in the space the conversations were captured in. Under the personal-core model they live in your Home, with your notes and your devices. See where your captures go.
