Most tools make you file things. Gobi runs the other way round: you have the conversation, and the filing happens behind you.

1. Capture

You tap once and talk. There’s no setup screen, no agenda to fill in, no bot to invite, because the conversation usually starts before you’re ready for it. Gobi captures the room you’re actually in. See AI notetaker.

2. Context

A capture doesn’t stay a recording. Gobi turns it into a note and into people, at the same time. The second one is the part that compounds. Every capture with the same person lands on that person’s page, so a profile you never wrote gets deeper each time you talk. That’s the difference between notes you have to remember to search and context that’s already sorted.

3. Action

Once it’s context, you can use it.
  • Ask. Chat with agent is in the bottom bar on every screen. In a space it answers from that space’s context. See Ask Gobi.
  • Share. Post a note into a channel and your team reads the summary. See share a note.
  • Come back. Before you meet someone again, open their profile: what they said last time, what you promised, what to bring up.
All of this starts in your Home: the captures, the notes, the people, the devices you connect. Home has one member, you, and nothing leaves it on its own. Sharing a note into a space is what puts it in front of a team. See where your captures go.
