Every Gobi product either feeds the Brain, reads from it, or shares it. No product operates independently.

The Brain is the center

The Brain is Gobi’s core data structure — a living, agent-maintained knowledge graph that grows continuously as you capture, think, and work. Every product in the Gobi ecosystem connects to it.

Products

Gobi Desktop

The primary Brain-building environment. Local-first, private, agent-driven. Where your knowledge graph lives and grows.

Gobi Personal Space

The public output layer. Share curated knowledge from your Brain with a broader audience via Brain Posts and your Public Brain Graph.

Gobi Community Space

The collective intelligence layer. A closed community Brain built from member contributions and imported community data.

Gobi CLI

The agent-facing surface. Programmatic read/write access to your Brain for developers and AI agents.

Gobi Mobile

The ambient capture layer. Feeds the Brain throughout your day — paired with Gobi Sense for hands-free capture.

Key principles

Agents do the work. Users interact at the surface. The agent handles organization, connection, and surfacing in the background — continuously, without requiring manual maintenance. Privacy by default. Your Vault never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it. What flows into Personal Space or Community Space is always user-controlled. Community is the network effect. Community Space is not a product people pay for in isolation — it is the reason to stay. The acquisition unit is a community, not an individual.
